We are now looking for our next Business Development Leader
Business to Business is one of IKEAs biggest growth potentials and here is your chance to influence and build IKEA into the future. As a Business Development Leader for Supply Chain, you will play a key role in business development for b2b within the IKEA Supply Chain.
We want you to lead the b2b business development within the Supply Chain area. You will have responsible for the collaboration with different stakeholders within IoS, Supply Chain, category, INGKA CFF and CBF.
You will be looking into principles and Ways of Working with b2b. You will work with Demand and capacity planning, Intra logistic/warehouse - management/consolidation points and Packaging and identification. Another task will be order, dispatch & Transport Management, Supply Chain Planning and Supply fulfilment flows/network design. Purchasing & manufacturing will also be a part of you assignment.
To be successful in this role we want you to have experience from different parts of the IKEA supply chain. You should have very good understanding of IKEA Supply Chain and very good knowledge of IKEAs different fulfilments setups. We also like you to have strong communication skills. You have a strong drive and you are self-motivated.
Strong leadership capability with holistic approach is preferable and ability working together with people across all parts of IKEA.

• Good understanding of IKEA range & supply • Good knowledge of the IKEA range • Good knowledge about residential & service segments • Good knowledge of Project Management
