Lead process developments towards a connected IKEA value chain by maximising developing the offer process and ensure connections to supplying the offer and meeting the customer processes for an optimal IKEA value chain ready for the future.
Lead development of the new Develop the offer process through value stream mapping that will enable optimized value creation between an affordable offer reachable for many more customers and a personal and relevant customer experience with low prices and high volumes.
Hold together development through value streams for Develop the offer process, by bringing business process, people, data & technology together.
Develop tactical plans, identifying dependencies to other areas, lead towards wished positions and contribute and deliver to business priorities and digital roadmap
Identify and initiate development of capabilities for selling the offer in process dimension (wow, competence, data & technology)
Contribute to business goals by efficient business development and operation
Lead prioritizing of development activities in order to reach best company total output
To succeed in this role we see that you have:
Deep knowledge of process development and improvement methods and relevant practical experience of that
Deep knowledge about and experience from change management.
A strong desire to improve and simplify current ways of working and solving problems in line with IKEA core values.
Energy in transforming the “big picture” into structural knowledge and learnings, to be able to reach and clearly communicate the way forward.
Strong ability to enable change, motivate, directly and indirectly lead and inspire people
Ability to work with both operational and tactical issues, always considering IKEA as a whole while keeping focus on customer needs.
