A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
The purpose of the job is to take direct responsibility to manage the assigned project and to lead the connected project team. Responsible to ensure the realization of the project objectives according the specific project brief all within agreed scope, time, budget and with expected quality.
The responsibilities: - Responsible for Managing the project within set frames and scope, time and budget agreed with the Project Steering Group. - Responsible for planning, structuring and implementation of the project according to the IKEA Establishment process and guidelines. - Responsible for investments and costs as defined in the project budget, manage the procurement and financing of all installations, indirect material etc. and have a risk- based approach in the daily work. - Responsible for assuring that the receiving organizations are prepared through organizational change management including securing sponsorship and building the relevant and needed relations. - Responsible to lead, coach and develop the project organization and secure an inspiring and motivating environment where people and talent are continuously developed
WHY SHOULD WE CHOOSE YOU?
The experience /competence needed: - Excellent knowledge and experience in project management processes including methods and tools; scope, time, cost, risk, quality, communication etc. - Preferable knowledge of Multichannel Network related (IKEA) processes, supply chain, warehousing operations leading to an excellent customer fulfilment. - Leadership experience including change management and leading in the unknown/exploring. - Financial competence: knowledge about how financials are impacting the overall business and the project. - Very good communications skills
