WHO YOU ARE

You have a passion for IKEA products and be ambassador for the IKEA values. You enjoy interacting with all store functions and networking with other IKEA stores. You always strive to reach goals with a high level of energy and motivation. You have good knowledge of IKEA store functions and how they contribute to the recovery and quality process. You possess good insights into business navigation and a deep understanding for how recovery and quality contribute effectively to the bottom line. You have extensive knowledge of the processes and administrative routines for recovery and quality, and how transfer types affect the key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the Recovery department. You are pro-active and analytical with a focus on identifying root causes and taking the lead in reaching better ways of working within the recovery and quality processes. You have ability to relate the work of the Recovery department to quality and sustainability. You have good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills. You have ability to lead business through people by demonstrating high leadership capabilities. You have ability to drive the business with a strong will. You have capability to lead and develop people. You have ability to solve problems or find new ways of working by identifying solution sources and/or ideas.

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US

• Co-operate across functions to ensure everyone understands and contributes to the recovery process by focusing on prevention, revenue, sustainability and quality.
• Take a lead in ensuring that prevention is one of the key focus points in the IKEA store.
• Identify and develop needs, potential growth and improvements for efficient ways of working through co-operation within the store and the quality matrix.
• Contribute to the business plan and budget processes within the store.
• Set goals, measurements and constantly strive for improving the ability of the store to perform daily tasks in accordance with set rules and guidelines, and find the best working methods for preventing costs and optimizing revenue while keeping the bottom-line profit in mind.
• Implement and continuously ensure optimal usage of common working methods, processes and tools related to the Recovery process.
• Stay aware of daily needs and challenges through interactions with dependent functions, the Business Navigation & Operations Manager and the national quality matrix.
• Secure sustainable ways of working throughout the whole recovery process
• Identify and develop the many talents within the Recovery department to secure
• Contribute in the national recovery and quality matrix to enable knowledge and competence sharing between stores.
