The minimum monthly salary for employees of IKEA Austria is € 1,960 gross on a full-time basis. For this position we offer a gross monthly salary of € 2.600. We will determine your actual salary together, taking into account your length of service, experience and qualifications. We offer extra bonuses for defined specialist and management functions.
