We are looking for a co-worker for our Recovery who is passionate about sustainability and wants to be involved in giving a second chance to our products that are slightly damaged or were used in a display.

• You bring manual dexterity with you and ideally have practical work experience in this area.
• You are physically resilient and used to carrying heavy objects.
• You have ideally experience with the AMEISE.
• You work well under time pressure, have a strong business sense and are results-oriented.
• You actively contribute to sustainability by identifying the best solutions for reusing returned or displayed furniture.
• You are a self-starter who also enjoys working as part of a team.
• You are goal-oriented and have a lot of energy and motivation as well as a strong cost awareness.
• You are open to change and have a high degree of flexibility.
• You ideally have computer skills and are familiar with the current MS Office programs.
• You can communicate well in German and are ideally also able to speak English.
• You are generally available from Monday to Saturday (06:00 - 23:00).
• You already live in the catchment area of Itingen or ideally have your own vehicle to get to work.


• Control of goods in terms of safety and quality.
• Repair and assembly of exhibition furniture to ensure reusability.
• Minimize costs resulting from internal use of IKEA products and damage.
• Working closely with other departments in the warehouse.
• Wrapping pallets according to SOP guidelines.

It is important that you are flexible in terms of working hours. Early or late shifts within our opening hours and Saturday assignments will be part of your working schedule.
