Job description

  • Lead and inspire the country commercial activity team, other functions and the stores to optimize sales and sustained long term profitability by generating more traffic to our stores, using all internal and external media.
  • Lead and manage the team to understand the market, consumers and their living situations
  • Ensure the team secures the vitality of our stores in all media by, working closely with the commercial team and marketing, commercially using our range and the commercial calendar
  • Ensure the team uses the knowledge of our customers, our market, and the competition,
  • Analyze the store performance, customer feedback and our database information using this information to identify commercial activities that have been successful.
  • Plan future activities


  • Minimum of 5-7 years experience in managerial role
  • Experience working in a customer focused service industry 
  • Experience setting and implementing long term strategic plans, setting budgets and following up of goals 
  • Understand profit and loss
  • Set goals and manage expectations 
  • Experience of using knowledge of customer behaviour to develop business plans 
  • Good analytical and numeric skills as well as computer literal
