You are a strong leader with high ambition to lead and develop the Group Business Risk & Compliance team to secure a compliant and risk aware Ingka. You are passionate about creating an Ingka fit for the future and energized by increasing customer value, driving business growth and contributing to overall success and results through people. You lead by delegation and encourage cooperation and invite all for being part of the change in the everchanging complex environment. You have a broad knowledge of business processes and how to assess and mitigate risks in a business environment. You excel in how to create and implement change initiatives as well to drive strategy and efforts to achieve long-term business objectives. Dealing with ambiguity comes natural for you and you are comfortable to handle unpredictable situations. You build network and maintain strategic business connections with various stakeholders. • Overall accountable to lead, review, support and secure the Business Risk & Compliance aspects of the businesses and operations in Ingka to enable achievement of set goal and strategic objectives. • Lead the design, implementation and follow-up of Ingka’s Business Risk & Compliance agenda. • Lead and develop leaders and teams in the function in order secure an efficient, professional and high performing organization with identified talents for the needs of today and tomorrow. • Inspire a risk and compliance performance mind-set, raise risk awareness and promote a risk culture, based on anchored goals and clear direction for the function. • Develop and secure that Ingka Group has the right knowledge and competences needed to become risk aware and compliance conscious throughout the company. • Lead the set-up of standardized, well embedded risk and compliance processes with clearly defined roles and responsibilities, aligned with internal stakeholders. • Lead digitalization of the Business Risk & Compliance area, enabling reliable cross-functional risk intelligence. • Be a management board advisor in all matters within the Business Risk & Compliance scope, safeguarding a proactive handling of emerging risks and tomorrow’s challenges. • Ensure and maintain a good cooperation with and between Business Areas, Group Functions and other function/areas within the Ingka Group by acting as an effective cross-functional partner. • Organizer of the Risk and Compliance committee with the responsible to deliver timely and accurate Business Risk & Compliance insights to secure the efficiency of the Ingka Group risk management and compliance processes

You will be part of the CFO leadership team and report into CFO/Deputy Juvencio Maeztu.
In the group Business Risk & Compliance you have a dedicated team of specialists that are eager to do better things together for Ingka. You have seven leaders reporting to you with whom you lead the function and the Risk & Compliance agenda in Ingka. In the function you work together with a diverse group of people to protect and strengthen the IKEA brand through our laser focus on risk management, data protection, compliance, business operations, health and safety.
