WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• Higher education
• English- pre-intermediate and higher
• Very good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel Advanced is must-to-have.
• Staff planning background is a plus
• Proven record of developing business processes
• Proven experience in automating business processes preferably using Power Apps, VBA, etc.
• Coding skills Phyton/C# is a plus
• High communication skill - ability to negotiate; present data in a structured manner & visual way; lead discussions & summarize agreements in precise written form
• Knowledge of how to use, govern and manage partnership models in a responsible way to build trustful partnership relationships.
• Knowledge of how to implement plans, according to set budgets and goals
• Ability to take action without needing direction from others – ability to work independently, undertake own initiatives and take responsibility for driving business, but also a team-player
• Ability to interact and engage naturally with both managers and non-managers
• Proven indirect leadership skills and ambition to grow into lead-others role

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Shift planning DC & CDC:
• System planning in WMS - form deliveries
• In & out shift plans - picking, loading, unloading volumes vs people resources
• (Very) short term forecasting
eal time planning on unit level for two businesses - within 1 week perspective
• Calculate and analyse efficiency of resource (people and equipment) allocation within unit
• Communicate operational situation on unit level to the managers & non managers via provide proactive weekly forecasts and suggestions
• Constantly seek & improve team's workflow, working methods & tools
• Automate (by any means possible) team’s workflow
• Create & maintain working methods and tools for own workflow.
• Contribute to the unit’s complete people & resources planning process from forecasting to the execution of operations by keeping a constant feedback loop between own team and people planning and flow & capacity functions.
• Analyze coming forecasts and actuals and initiate required actions for further forecasts, DES scheduling and people planning improvement
• Be responsible for detention & demurrage cost KPI for the unit
• Be a speaking partner and entry point on unit level for other CFF and INTER IKEA partners – SCO Transport Planning team, SFOT, FAS, Flow & Capacity planning
