Job description

About the job

This is a 6 (six) months' basis contractual employment. This role is responsible to manage the information counter and the service provided at the information counter, managing tenant feedback and attend to customer inquiries. Having knowledge of the service provided by the shopping centre tenants, assisting back-office on event & promotion and other ad-hoc assignments.

Your assignment

  • To man the counter and assisting customers with inquiries & provide accurate information, activities happening in the centre
  • To manage and monitor all common facilities and common area provided are in good condition and well maintained
  • To ensure that all customer/tenant complaint is addressed to the relevant department. Follow up on feedback forms and response
  • To be the liaison between tenant and management on daily operational matters
  • Distribute management correspondence/circular/information to tenant
  • To record lost & found items in the centre, send to Security if not claimed at the end of the business day 
  • Response to injuries and accidents in the centre, escalate to Duty Manager if not able to handle 
  • Making general announcement over the public announcement system
  • Coordination with Marketing Department in all promotion activities and event happening in the centre. Also updating Superior on promotion offered by tenant


  • At least  SPM or equivalent
  • 18 years old and above
  • Must be a team player, pleasant personality and a people person
  • Able to work on shift, weekend and public holidays
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Speaking and other additional language is an advantage
  • Experience in customer relation/ tele-marketing / front desk/ other related field
