You will: • lead project activities focused on implementing knowledge management (KM) approach for P&C services at Global Business Operations function and later be in charge of Knowledge Management as a service, • manage overall knowledge management activities: review of published knowledge articles quality and usability and drive their continuous improvement, • manage the process and cooperate with Country P&C on setting up, reviewing and updating knowledge articles at Now P&C service portal, • work with the Country P&C Teams and global Centers of Expertise to continuously assess if the appropriate knowledge in their fields of expertise is available, • track and report on KM delivery KPIs to GBO management, • define and govern knowledge library in GBO to enable accurate knowledge transfer and documentation, • work in partnership with GBO P&C Service teams to capture functional knowledge and enable effective knowledge sharing within the teams, • lead the work of Knowledge management leaders and its deliverables, • lead, manage and coach GBO P&C service knowledge management leaders team by providing business steering expertise, knowledge sharing competence and experience to secure their competence, high performance and succession pipeline.
