We are looking for someone who is passionate about project & portfolio management, has knowledge of project management processes, including methods and tools, and is motivated by leading through co-creation with colleagues across Global Business Operation (GBO) hubs. Excellent knowledge of GBO service and operational requirements, GBO governance process and elaboration of investment request are must-have on this position too.

If you have 5 years or/of proven project experience, 8 years of experience of developing businesses and delivering results and min. 2 years of experience in leading and influencing teams, this position can be a great chance for development. You should also have the relevant methodology certification within Project Management (PMP, Prince 2 etc.). Ability to lead, coach, motivate and influence a large project team of co-workers and colleagues is your strong point. Your strong point should be also the ability to prioritize, delegate and make efficient decisions with speed and simplicity, under high time pressure.



– define methods for prioritisation, management and adding value for GBO and business partners project portfolio to ensure alignment, share focus and ways of working
– lead and continuously develop project methodology for related projects across GBO to ensure consistent ways of working and continues improvements
– monitor and follow up on GBO projects during their different phases, securing delivery within scope, time and cost frame, applying relevant project management methods and tools
– contribute to the investment process of GBO projects by providing governance and review of project design and support and continuously develop appropriate project organisation in GBO
– coach and develop co-workers to ensure contribution to reach the objectives and goals in GBO
– plan and organise assignments according to the GBO decision model and applicable delivery methodology to ensure use of best practises for implementation.


The role is a part of the Global Business Operation structure, which is the key partner for Group functions, Businesses with the responsibility of transforming and operation new ways of working and setting up value-added services and Centers of Expertise.
Project Portfolio leader will be Responsible for KPI definitions, tracking value realization and benefits for Ingka group based on GBO portfolio.
