The Sustainability Compliance has been the base for much of our sustainability work.
As the Deputy Sustainability Compliance Manager, you’ll be responsible to co-lead sustainability compliance activities in Purchasing & Logistics Area East Asia.
Inspire and empower team and co-workers to perform to the best of their abilities and continuously develop in sustainability assignments.
Closely work with the business units to implement and verify that sustainability related requirements are met by IKEA business partners
Ensure continuous improvement and development in relevant compliance areas to achieve IKEA sustainability goals
Identifying and acting on regional sustainability priorities and opportunities

Open mind and strong capability to create dialogue and collaboration with external organizations
The position is based in Shanghai, China.
