For this role we believe you have knowledge of data analysis and know how to work with SQL and Python. You have the ability to perform and analyze, draw conclusions from customer data and communicate these insights effectively. You are keen to learn new tools. You are curious for customer behavior in relation to CRM and have knowledge of performance marketing metrics.

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
Do you believe in personalized marketing communication? Then you are the person for this project! You will help us personalize communication to our loyalty customers based on their behavior. You will dig into the data and find patterns amongst customer segments. After targeting these different segments, you will be responsible for the follow-up of these marketing campaigns. In short, your main responsibility will be to work on customer segmentation within our loyalty communication processes. Tools at your disposal are Bigquery, Jupyter Notebook and Google Data Studio.
